Refund policy
All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for items requested after this period.
For a hassle-free return process, we recommend retaining all packaging materials until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. This will facilitate a smooth return if necessary.
To be eligible for a return, ensure that the returned item is unused and in new sellable condition. There should be no signs of wear or use. Please note that if the item is determined to have been used, credit will be issued, and the item will be returned to you.
When sending back the item, please include the original receipt or packing slip in the package. Kindly note that we can only process returns for items purchased directly on nimrodmanufacturing.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
